Introduce yourself to rich flavours of spices like cumin, coriander, and ingredients like preserved lemons, while creating recipes inspired by Yotem Ottolenghi, using local and seasonal produce. A plate with a little bit of everything, it is sure to please everyone at the table!

Class Length

1.5 - 2 hours


How It Works: Cook in your own homes virtually online via Zoom. A link will be emailed to you on the day of class, a computer or tablet (with a microphone and camera) is required to access Zoom. Participants will cook along with the instructor step-by-step and will be able to ask questions and converse with other like-minded home chefs. 

It will be your responsibility to procure the necessary ingredients and equipment prior to classes. A shopping list will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to class, along with a SPUD shopping link specific to your class should you choose to have groceries right to your door (within SPUD delivery range). The equipment required for the class is listed below.
