A week-long cooking camp designed especially for budding chefs! Expect messy hands and full bellies after each two-hour session, as we take our tastebuds around the world. Fun food facts, hands-on cooking, and silly games guaranteed! Each chef leaves with stories to tell and recipes to share. Photos will be taken throughout the week and shared with parents at the end of their child’s cooking journey.

Day 1: Italy - Mamma Mia Pizzeria
We begin our food journey by visiting Italy, home of simple ingredients with big flavour! Discover how dough rises and learn the secrets of the perfectly thin-crust pizza and fluffy gnocchi.

Day 2: China - Sum Dim Different
Explore the treasured traditions of China with our dim sum-inspired class. Learn about their dining rituals, ingredients, and leave a dumpling wrapping pro!

Day 3: Canada - Local Love
We’re making a stop at home for Day 3! We’ll discuss what vegetables grow close to home, and why eating seasonally impacts the planet. A hearty soup will be enjoyed with freshly-baked bread and handmade butter using local dairy.
