This class shines a new light on Chinese flavours and spices, as Nourish owner, Dan Cheung, speaks to how he rediscovered the cuisine he grew up with.

Chinese take out will be a thing of the past after this class.

Cooking School Class - Rescheduling, Refunds and No Shows

  • Less than 14-days notice: If a guest is unable to attend within 14 days of the start of class / camp, they are welcome to send someone else in their place. No refunds or exchanges or reschedule.
  • More than 15-days notice: No refunds, but the guest may reschedule to a different Nourish Cooking School core program class of their choice. They are permitted one reschedule per booking with the required notice.
  • More than 30 days notice: The guest is entitled to a full refund or reschedule.
  • Cancellation by Nourish: In the rare occurrence that Nourish needs to cancel a class, Nourish will do its best to give the guest as much notice as possible and will re-book the guest into another class of their choice.
  • No refunds or exchanges for no shows, no exceptions.
