March 25 to 29: Kids 5-day Spring Break Cooking Camp 2.0 (age 8-13)
A week-long cooking camp designed especially for budding chefs! Expect messy hands and full bellies after each two-hour session, as we take our tastebuds around the world. Fun food facts, hands-on cooking, and silly games guaranteed! Each chef leaves stories to tell and recipes to share. Photos will be taken throughout the week and shared with parents at the end of their child’s cooking journey.

Day 1: Japan - The RAMEN-GYOZA COMBO IS UNDENIABLY A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN
We begin our food journey by visiting Japan, examining Japanese home cooking—Katei Ryori—a comfort cuisine influenced by flavours from around the world. Learn about the foundational flavours that shape Japanese recipes, while getting a glimpse into “Japanified” global flavours made in humble kitchens across Japan.

Day 2: Middle Eastern - COOKING UP A MIDDLE EASTERN FEAST
Introduce yourself to the rich flavours of spices like cumin, coriander, and ingredients like preserved lemons while creating recipes inspired from Yotam Ottolenghi best-selling cookbooks using local and seasonal produce.

Day 3: Vietnam - VIETNAMESE STREET FOOD!
A Fresh and fun approach to Vietnamese cuisine beyond Pho. Freshly-baked baguette sandwiches with pork meatball, fresh veggies, quick pickles, aromatic vegan herb and garlic aioli.

Day 4: Italy - FOOD NONNA WOULD BE PROUD OF
It’s not about being fancy, it’s all about ingredients. Expect floured hands and fun foodlore, as you indulge yourself in the warmth of Italian comfort.

Our last stop is India. We’ll create crowd favourites with additional vegetables to make this a well balance complete meal!
