While sushi is Japan’s food icon, the mighty bowl of ramen is quickly becoming North America’s new favourite Japanese dish. Learn about the components of making a delicious bowl of ramen, and its fave sidekick, gyoza dumplings. And we haven’t forgotten about rice just yet: we’ll make temaki and pair it with pickles and goma ae. Prepare to slurp your noodles, and pick up a few Japanese words and etiquette tips too!
